How do I buy tickets for concerts and events?
Online via this website or send us a WhatsApp message on (60)12 6943076.
How do I obtain concession tickets?
Students, senior citizens (55 years and above) and persons with disabilities are entitled to concession discounts upon presentation of identification.

Venue ushers may request to inspect a valid concession card. Concession tickets are not transferable.
I haven’t received my tickets, what do I do?
If you have not received your tickets, please contact the Rondo Production on (60)12 694 3076 or email us at admin@rondoproduction.my.
EVENTS
May I use my phone or take photos?
Patrons are welcome to take and share photographs. Audio and video recording is strictly prohibited during the performance. Before the concert begins, please turn off or put on silent mode on your mobile phone or any other electronic device. Smartphones, cameras and other recording devices are distracting to the performers and other audience members.
Can I bring my children to the performances?
Yes, you can! Children aged 0-23 months at the time of the performance may be seated on a parent's lap free of charge and must be accompanied by an adult at all times when attending concerts at venues. All children occupying a seat or 2 years of age must have a valid ticket.

What if I arrive late?
Most performances begin promptly at the scheduled time. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance. Late seating may be available during designated intermissions. Please note that late seating is at the discretion of the house management and may not be available for all concerts and seating locations.
What should I wear?
Our audiences usually dress in business casual attire. We encourage you to wear whatever you feel is comfortable and stylish! Contrary to what many people think, formal attire such as tuxedos and evening gowns is not required.
